Kevin, wanted to let you know that we took the bin up to our cabin on Tuesday of this week as we had renters coming in that evening. The bear apparently wanted to try out the new bin ( he has not been down their in 5 months). I got a call the next morning from my renters informing me the bin was missing….but fortunately the bear did not take it far and they found the bin, unopened w/ only small punctures that he could not even see at first. So far so good 🙂 The Bearicuda Bin is biting back!!

We finally had your can tested and it does what it is supposed to do. Our bear has been raiding all of the cans on our road and only our can is able to stand up to him. Thanks for a great product.

Dear kevin,
I just wanted to send you a note to say how impressed i am with your honesty as a business person! I have been desperately trying to solve a garbage storage problem, and with the large size order i placed with you online, i am grateful that you personally called me to actually talk me OUT of my purchase! That level of service is unheard of, and you saved me a lot of money today! Thank you so much, carrie wallack.

Ok. So it was EXPENSIVE. But, now I have to say it was worth it. Irene hit NJ and I lost all power midnight on 8/27. With no generator (you can bet I’ll be getting one), last night I had to throw away all of the food in my refrigerator, plus the meat and stuff in the freezer, right into my bericuda for pick-up this morning. Heard the can go down during the night. Got up this morning and couldn’t find it. The bear had dragged it across the road into a neighbor’s lawn. It’s scratched, it’s muddy, it has all kinds of claw marks on it, but THE BEAR LEFT EMPTY-HANDED! Nada. It got nothing out of the can. I’m a believer.

We purchased one of your cedar wooden trash enclosures so we can storage our garbage and trash bins outdoors without them looking unsightly. Not only are we able to get our trash bins out of our garage because they were really smelling badly but now we incorporate a beautful cedar garbage trash enclosure that really matches the beauty of our home. However we did use a cabotts cedar tone stain to bring out more of the reddish nature in the western red cedar.
The quality of this outdoor trash can storage enclosure is beyond our expectatoins and the service was great. Took us less than 90 minutes to put it all together, my husband is somewhat handy but the instructions were easy and everything came together nicely. We used to have a outdoor trash bin made of pine but it fell apart or I think it was a popular garbage enclosure but after a while the thing just starting falling apart. I know that things made from cedar really last and this cedar trash enclosure storage bin should last for many years
Thanks

Can is working great after 4 attempts of a Grizzly Bear, keeping our fingers crossed, thanks for responding so quickly to all our questions before we purchased.

The new lid arrived safely and fits perfectly. The big bear is still in the neighborhood, but has not messed with the can since putting on the new lid.
Thanks again for helping us out.
